Submission Method

Please send your full paper/abstract to MAIWS 2026, accepted and registered papers will be invited to give the oral/poster presentation.

Manuscripts must be submitted electronically in Online Submission System

 

Template Download

The version of your submission must be in the requested format. The authors are suggested to use the IEEE MAPE formatting template.

Full Paper (Note: Paper can be included in Conference proceeding)

Submission Tips

The authors are suggested to use these template to meeting publication requirement. And official language is English in paper writing and presenting.

Manuscripts should be at least 4 full pages.

Please do not apply security settings to your file.

Paper Submission Deadline: November 25, 2026

Notification of Acceptance: December 5, 2026

Conference Dates: December 12-13, 2026

 

Ethics and Quality Control

MAIWS is utterly intolerant of plagiarism. Submitted papers are expected to contain original work executed by the authors with adequate, proper and scholarly citations to the work of others. It is the job of the authors to clearly identify both their own contribution(s) and also published results/techniques on which they depend or build. Reviewers are charged to ensure these standards are met.
